The short version. The Cue is a private tool for consenting adults that offers ideas and prompts for intimacy. Everything it suggests is a suggestion, never an instruction — you and your partner are always in charge, consent always comes first, and you can stop at any time. By using The Cue you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use The Cue, and you confirm this when you create your profile. The Cue is intended solely for use between consenting adults.

2. What The Cue is — and isn't

The Cue generates suggested "scenes" and prompts to help couples communicate about and explore intimacy. These are creative suggestions for your consideration only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and conduct. Nothing in the app should be treated as a demand or an obligation. Always obtain clear, ongoing consent from everyone involved, communicate openly, agree on a safe-word, and stop the moment anyone wants to stop.

3. AI-generated content

Enhanced scenes are produced by an artificial-intelligence model and may be inaccurate, inappropriate for your situation, or otherwise imperfect. Content is provided "as is." The Cue does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use The Cue only for lawful, consensual purposes between adults. You must not use the app in any way that involves minors, non-consenting persons, coercion, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

The Cue's core features and on-device scenes are free. The Cue Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks Enhanced (AI) scenes and connecting with your partner on their own phone. The price is the one shown in Google Play at the time you subscribe, in your local currency. It is billed through your Google Play account, and it renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in the Google Play Store; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Cue is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cypress Technology LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; if we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
