Nothing But Three Card Poker keeps your chips, games and statistics on your phone. There are no accounts, and we operate no server that anything is sent to. The app uses the internet for two things only: advertising on the free version, and the Google Play purchase that removes it.
We do not receive, see or store anything about how you play.
The app stores your chip balance, the game in progress, your settings and your statistics in its own private storage on your device, which other apps cannot read. It opts out of Android's cloud backup and device-to-device transfer, so Android does not copy this to your Google account. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it; because we hold no copy, we cannot restore it.
Nothing But Three Card Poker itself collects nothing. On the free version the app shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob, and that software collects data. If you buy the one-time purchase that removes ads, the advertising software is not started and none of the following applies.

None of this includes your chips, games or statistics. Google's handling of it is governed by the Google Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Google Play handles the payment; we never see your card details.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Where the law requires it (including the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) the app shows a consent form before any ad is requested, and you can change that choice later at Settings → Privacy choices.
Ads never appear on the table while you play. The free version shows a banner on the Home, Statistics and Settings screens and may show one full-screen ad after a game has finished: never in your first two games, and no more than one every 90 seconds.
The app does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage, SMS or phone permissions.
Nothing But Three Card Poker is a simulated casino game intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete on request, but if you have a question, please write to us.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how data is handled, note it in the app's release notes.
