These terms cover your use of the Nothing But Mississippi Stud Android application, published by Cypress Technology, a brand of Cypress Technology LLC. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you don't, please uninstall it.
The chips in this game are free play chips with no value. You start with a stack, and it refills for free whenever you run out. Chips cannot be bought, sold, transferred, won as prizes or exchanged for money, goods or anything else. The game offers no real-money gambling and no opportunity to win real money or prizes. Practice or success here does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
Your chips, games and statistics live on your device, and only you have them. We hold no copy. If you lose the device, uninstall the app or clear its data, they are gone and we cannot recover them. Your purchase is different: it is tied to your Google account and can be restored.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you control. You may not sell, rent, redistribute, decompile or reverse-engineer it, or remove any branding, except where the law says such a restriction cannot apply.
Nothing But Mississippi Stud is a simulated casino game provided for entertainment and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. House edges, returns and paytables shown in the app describe the game as it is played here; they are long-run figures, not a prediction of any session, and real casinos' rules and pays vary. Statistics are kept for your own interest and carry no value.

The app is free and supported by advertising. A one-time in-app purchase removes all advertising. It costs US$0.99 in the United States; the price in your local currency is shown in the app before you buy. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It unlocks nothing else: every part of the game is free, and chips are never sold.
The free version shows advertising served by Google AdMob. We do not choose the individual adverts and are not responsible for their content or for any site they lead to. What the advertising software collects is set out in the Privacy Policy.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Cypress Technology LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including lost chips, a lost game or lost statistics.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 10.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
We may update the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. We may discontinue the app at any time; if we do, it will keep working on devices where it is already installed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located there have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
